At SYBARIA, we are committed to providing high-quality eyewear and transparent policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Due to the personal nature of our products and applicable health and safety regulations, the following policy applies to all purchases:
Non-Returnable Products
Our eyewear—including sunglasses and prescription glasses—is classified as a personal-use item that comes into direct contact with the eyes. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Items that have been unsealed, worn, or used.
Warranty for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item with a proven manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery and follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact us at sybariashop@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.
Important Notes:
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Items must remain unused and in their original packaging during the review process.
Legal Basis for This Policy

- European Union: Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e), excludes the right of withdrawal for goods unsealed for health or hygiene reasons, as well as personalized goods.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with approved returns or exchanges, unless otherwise required by law.
