ORDERS & RETURNS
Sorry! We are unable to modify or cancel orders as they are processed and dispatched by our warehouse directly. If you ordered an item that you wish to return, you can request a refund via our returns page.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.
Please email sybariashop@gmail.com as soon as you realise you have entered the wrong address, and our customer service team will assist you.
• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused and has all original packaging.
• Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.
• We offer store credits only for full priced items if you change your mind. We do not provide refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months.
• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, and items must be returned to one of our SYBARIA warehouses, closest to your location.

Shopping with SYBARIA is safe and secure. We offer payment methods including Apple Pay, Stripe, Paypal, ShopPay, and credit cards.

SHIPPING
Yes, we ship globally.
International orders are sent via fast shipping options, according to your country of residence, and usually arrive within 6-10 business days. Please note that these times are indicative only, we will confirm the specific date of arrival once you place your order.
Our warehouse facilities provide fast delivery services, and orders should arrive within 5-10 days.
If you are in United State we can deliver to a PO Box, residential or business address. If you are an international customer, we can only ship to residential or business addresses.
All orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm AEST it will be dispatched the next business day.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
Most of our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Asia.

- Keep them in a protective case when not in use.
- Avoid wearing them on top of your head to prevent misshaping of frames and stretching of the hinges.
- Place your frames lens side up to avoid scratching.
- Clean lens with microfibre cleaning cloth.
Yes, of course! Take your SYBARIA sunnies to your optometrist, who will be able to replace the current lenses with your prescription ones.
Yes! All of our sunglasses undergo mandatory UV400 testing and comply with International standards.
